Russian president Vladamir Putin is ahead of US president Barack Obama in the new Forbes list of worlds most powerful people. The list which doesn't include President Goodluck jonathan also sees Dangote ranked as the 64th most powerful person in the world. Does that mean Dangote is more powerful than Jonathan ?
