Seriously have you ever thought of this question? When should a person born on 29th of February celebrate his/her birthday next year? especially when we don't get to have a leap year in until every Four years.
Basically they get to celebrate their birthdays every four years, literally speaking they don't get to add to their age until a leap year because their date never appear in a calendar expect a leap calendar but wait a minute what about the fact that they are growing in stature, facially and the rest?
So the question is now "When should a person born on 29th of February celebrate his/her birthday next year?

the birthday should be celebrated between 28th feb & 1st march. Better still start saving for your once in four years birthday.
